1️⃣ Empowering Students and Families
- Served over 1,600 students and 500 parents, helping students thrive:

- 88% improved academically
- 75% increased attendance
- 72% showed improved behavior
- 93% enhanced their social-emotional wellness
- 99% were promoted to the next grade level

2️⃣ Meeting Practical Needs Through Community Partnerships this Holiday Season
- 1,500 food bags delivered with InterFaith Food Shuttle
- 160 coats for students this December, thanks to Chatham Community Church & Lisa Skumpija and Absolute Realty
- 120 toiletry bags + $10,000 in gift cards, in partnership with Joan Bullard, Paige Dixon, and the Governors Club community
- 65 Thanksgiving meals distributed in partnership Mountaire Farms
3️⃣ Launching New Programs and Expanding Services
- Successfully launched our Family Support Navigator program with United Way of Chatham County and 7 additional local resource providers
- Welcomed 4 new staff members to deepen and sustain our impact
- Assisted in the relaunch of Teen Court across Chatham County in partnership with Volunteers for Youth and the Chatham County Juvenile Crime Prevention Council (JCPC)
- CISCC staff collectively completed over 200 hours of professional development and training
4️⃣ Expanding Partnerships for Restorative Justice
- Partnered with 19 Chatham County organizations in our Community Service & Restitution Program:
- 100% of participants had no new adjudications
- 97% completed CSR within required timelines
