We Are Present
Let’s Be Present Together!
Your support changes student outcomes everyday. Please invest in Chatham County students this end of year.
Too many children walk into school carrying challenges no child should face alone – housing instability, food insecurity, academic gaps, caring for younger siblings, or simply the absence of a steady adult who believes in them.
CISCC sees those children and meets them where they are. We place caring adults inside our schools, ready to notice, listen, encourage, connect, and advocate. And when a student has someone in their corner, everything can change.
This year, we are seeking $95,000 in end-of-year support to undergird our programming throughout Chatham County. Gifts of every size help ensure caring adults can continue showing up consistently for students who need someone in their corner.
Since 1989, originally as Chatham County Together!, we have believed that relationships change lives and outcomes. Your investment makes those relationships possible. When we invest in relationships, we invest in students. And when we invest in students, we invest in the future of Chatham County.
Thank you for believing in our students—and for being present.
